The spring cover and 'pole foam' is in need of replacing, and it's unfortunate that they do not sell those replacement parts separate from the trampoline mat. After that, we covered it with a tarp and it's held up really well. We purchased this trampoline for my son's birthday.5 years ago! The first winter, living in the midwest, we brought it inside. Very disappointing.ĥ years and 4 winters later.still going strong! Not only it is not easy to buy spare parts, they're crazy expensive to replace. If the parts were not as expensive as a new trampoline, I probably would not be as upset. Although it has got a attractive look when new, I would not recommend buying it. It is not weather resistant at all and the durability is very poor too. I would recommended re designing the fabric portion attached to the net, and then sending out a replacement to all who require it!Īfter three years owning this trampoline it just fell apart. As well it will only continue to deteriorate. However, it is not safe, nor aesthetically appealing. This is truly disappointing as my son loves and adores this activity. The entire fabric border of the trampoline is faded, and ripped, the stuffing exposed in many areas and ultimately it is looks poorly kept and an eyesore in the backyard.

After only one season or so of use and packing away we opened it this past week in July for a harsh surprise. This blessing and fun favourite in our household, was a bit disappointing this year. We purchased this product for my three year old son and it is well loved at our house, especially given the recent climate of the pandemic and limited outdoor activities/exercise. My son has only used it a handful of times and the material has ripped. it was taken down and stored proper for winter. Purchased this for my son this was the second summer used. While we were all locked down last year during Covid my parents surprised my kids with this 7’ outside Trampoline (a little different version) and when it first arrived it was beautiful! One year later it didn’t survive a New England winter! We’re so disappointed b/c it looks so terrible outside but my kids still go in it & play… It’s ashamed that the material Little Tikes used is not more durable to survive the outside weather! We live in Sudbury so it’s not extremely hot here for the sun to rot it. Only my granddaughter uses it and she is 2. This year it has started to rip on the padding. Put it away last September and noticed how faded the orange and blue padding was. My 4 yr old helped me put it together (5 hrs) This is well made with youth in mind. I bought this a cpl weeks ago and am so glad that I did! It is used morning till supper. Other than having to replace the trampoline bottom because of the ripping my kids do enjoy it but they would probably enjoy any type of trampoline I bought. That being said I think the company can do a better job with customer service and to fix this problem that I’ve read multiple times now since I’ve looked into why it’s happening. The only reason why I bought the replacement is because I had it for ONE YEAR and $135 is still cheaper than a completely new one. I wouldn’t recommend this product at all and to look into other brands. I had to pay American dollars (about $135 CAN) to buy a replacement. Also, when I called little tikes because of my disappointment of the product that I thought should last more than one summer especially with the high cost they didn’t do anything for me. My sons were 4 and 2 using it so it’s not like they are too old to play or destroy it. Within one summer the material faded and then when I put it out again for the summer (I put away for the winter months) it was ripping all over.
